The AWGADI secretariat, the Corporate headquarters located at Lagos, Nigeria with the working Council and the regional vice chairs are responsible for key decisions, strategic planning, integration of the body, corporate communications, and human resources, among others for the overall success of the network and ensures corporate governance and alliances.
